How to delete your PerfExpert Network account?
We must ensure your request is legitimate before proceeding to your account deletion.
1. Add a verified email to your account
If you don't have defined and verified yet an email for your email, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Account screen in the PerfExpert Dyno & Timed Run mobile application
Enter your email address
Validate
Go to your email inbox and look for the PerfExpert email verification email (check also the SPAM folder)
Open the link in the email verification message
2. Send us a account deletion request from your email
From your PerfExpert Network account email:
Send us a request at support@perfexpert-app.com
Set the message subject to Account Deletion
Mention your exact username in the message
We will delete all your data from our server (user information, car profiles and test results) within 72h
