• How to delete your PerfExpert account?

    Recent versions of the iOS and Android apps let you delete your account in one tap

    1. Make sure you have at least PerfExpert version 2.4.0 installed

    2. Go the Account screen

    • iOS : from the Settings tab, tap on the first row under the Account heading — it shows your username. If it reads "Login or Signup", you're signed out: sign in first, since an account can only be deleted by a signed in user.
    • Android : from the Home screen, open the top right menu, then select Account

    3. Tap "Delete Account"

    4. Confirm

    You'll be asked to confirm — tap Yes. This permanently deletes your PerfExpert account and everything stored with it.
